Who is behind Medor IT?

We are a Czech company established in the 90s to make it easier for companies to use emerging modern technologies. Since then, under the leadership of founder Pavel Randák, it has expanded its activities to include development of CRM systems and reporting tools used by major pharmaceutical companies in several European countries.

FAQ

What does minute billing mean? We are completely transparent and we invoice you for the work done from start to finish. So not in hours or in quarters. If a specialist works for eleven minutes, you pay for eleven minutes, not an entire hour, as most other IT companies, where each started hour is usually billed.
What companies are your services for? Having external IT support pays off for small companies from 5 employees to large companies. A small company saves the salary of an IT employee because it usually does not have enough full-time or part-time work. In a large company, the main advantage is substitutability and greater expertise of individual technicians.
What technologies do you use for network management? At the beginning of the cooperation, we perform an IT audit using the LanSweeper software. We use Eset products to increase security against attacks. We like to use Mikrotik routerboards for the reliability of network operation. We rely on Microsoft Hyper-V in a virtual environment. However, we do not force our favorite technologies on our clients and we are also happy to take care of VMWare, Avast, Cisco, etc. From the hardware point of view, we always choose a solution according to the client’s actual needs.
How does the IT audit work? The IT audit has a place mainly at the beginning of the cooperation, when along with the analysis of the client’s needs we find out their IT status. We use software tools to scan your network, generate hardware and software reports, which we then compare with purchase documents. With the physical inspection of infrastructure and equipment at workplaces, the final report is created, which describes the real situation, confirming the correctness of the settings or highlights risk areas or insufficient coverage. We also submit a solution proposal and recommendations.
How fast can we take over the client under our management? If necessary, immediately, but usually within one month. Everything depends on the client’s needs, the results of the IT audit and the willingness to cooperate by the previous IT administration.
What is your substitutability? Each client is assigned a chief IT administrator, where a helpdesk is available in case of their unavailability, either by telephone or e-mail access. At the beginning of the cooperation, it is possible to set up access to our ticketing system, where the requirements of the entire company are transparently available.
